MISSION CRITICAL(r) 25 Year Warranty and Application Assurance Program
The MISSION CRITICAL™ Program covers all aspects of design, installation, testing and maintenance resulting in integrated precision balanced systems. We recently revised our extended product warranty and application assurance to a 25-Year period. The program warrants that our structured cabling systems will be free from defects in material and workmanship and will support any current and/or future application designed for data transmission over the applicable channel/link as defined by TIA/EIA and ISO specifications for a 25 year period, provided all terms and conditions of the program are met.
Our nationwide network of trained and certified installation partners are available to assist you in designing, selecting and installing the appropriate system for your requirements. All installation partners have completed a thorough two-day training program covering design, installation, test and maintenance. Participants that complete this training program receive credit towards BICSI’s continuing education programs. The program also provides end-users the flexibility to select cable from the industry’s leading cable manufacturers.
